Yes, they do taste good and they’re great for building muscle, but you will inevitably get sick of the same old milk and two scoops-type protein shake. 1: Chocolate Covered Strawberry
16 ounces skim milk
2 scoops Optimum 100% Whey chocolate protein powder
4-6 strawberries
Optional: Ice
Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend to desired consistency. Tastes like a chocolate covered strawberry. Delicious.
2: Chocolate Covered Banana
16 ounces skim milk
2 scoops Optimum 100% Whey chocolate protein powder
1 whole banana
Optional: Ice

3: The Official GLBC “Get Big” Protein Shake
16 ounces skim milk
2 scoops Optimum 100% Whey chocolate Protein powder
2 scoops Great Lakes Bodybuilding Co Carb 53
Put all ingredients in a shaker cup and shake to combine. Enjoy and get big.

4: The Official GLBC “Get HUGE” Protein Shake
16 ounces skim milk
2 scoops Optimum 100% Whey chocolate protein powder

2 Tablespoons smooth peanut butter
Put all ingredients in your shaker cup and shake to combine. You wouldn’t think so, but the peanut butter does dissolve in your shaker pretty easily. We’re not kidding, peanut butter in a chocolate protein shake is amazing.
